Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
This policy explains what letwereply collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the letwereply website and console.
1. What we collect
Account data: your email address and workspace name.
Workspace content: knowledge-base documents, skills, agent configuration, and the WhatsApp conversations your agents handle (customer numbers or WhatsApp IDs, display names, and message text).
Billing data: subscription status and history. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
Technical data: standard server logs and the cookies described below.
2. How we use it
To run the Service: store and route messages, search your knowledge base, and generate AI replies. Relevant conversation content and documents are sent to AI model providers to produce replies, summaries, translations and search embeddings.
To operate your account: sign-in codes and service emails (via Resend), subscription management (via Stripe).
We do not sell your data or use your content to advertise, and we do not use your content to train models.
3. Where it lives (subprocessors)
Cloudflare — hosting, database and network. AI model providers — reply generation, summaries, translation, embeddings. Stripe — payments. Resend — transactional email. Meta/WhatsApp — message delivery for connected numbers.
4. Retention
Your data is kept while your workspace is active. When your account is terminated or you ask us to delete it, workspace data is removed after a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
5. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Sensitive credentials (such as WhatsApp access tokens) are stored encrypted. Access to production data is limited to what is needed to operate the Service.
6. Your rights
You can access, export or delete your workspace data — contact support@letwereply.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (e.g. under GDPR).
7. Cookies
We use only functional cookies: a session cookie (sign-in) and a language preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date. Questions: support@letwereply.com.
